Privacy Policy

GTA 6 Cyber Intel & Incident Archive is an independent, non-commercial educational and journalistic project. This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit this website and how it is used.

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Information we collect

This site is designed to be readable without an account, registration or submission of personal information. We do not ask you to create a user profile, upload files or provide your name, address, phone number or payment information.

Our hosting provider, analytics provider or advertising partners may automatically receive limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location, pages viewed and timestamps. The exact information depends on the services enabled when this site is deployed.

2. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep the site secure and understand basic traffic patterns. If analytics or advertising is added, those services may use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers to measure visits, prevent fraud, limit repeated advertisements and provide relevant advertising.

Third-party services publish their own privacy policies and may process data on servers outside your country. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies should not prevent you from reading the archive.

3. Advertising

This site uses Adsterra advertising units, including a Social Bar and a display unit. Adsterra and its advertising partners may use contextual information about the page and, where permitted by law and your choices, cookies or advertising identifiers to serve advertisements, measure performance, limit repeated advertisements and prevent fraud. We do not sell a reader list or knowingly use this site to collect sensitive personal information for advertising.

Advertising placements will not host, embed or link to stolen GTA VI footage, game builds, confidential code or infringing screenshots. Adsterra controls its own processing of advertising data; review its current publisher and privacy documentation for details.

4. External links

Articles link to Rockstar, Take-Two, court-related records and third-party journalism for verification. When you follow an external link, that website controls its own data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy, security or content practices of external websites.

5. Children

This is a general-audience news and research archive. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact the editorial desk so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

6. Data retention and security

Technical logs are retained by service providers for the period necessary for security, reliability, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small editorial website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information, and to object to some processing. Requests should identify the relevant service or cookie and provide enough information for us to respond without asking for unnecessary personal data.

Where advertising or analytics consent is legally required, the deployed site should provide a consent or preference mechanism before those non-essential services load.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when analytics, advertising, hosting or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will identify the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to future visits.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, copyright notices or requests concerning material published on this archive, contact the site operator through the email address configured for the production domain. Replace this placeholder with a monitored editorial email before public launch.

Important launch note

This starter policy is general information, not legal advice. Before enabling Google AdSense, analytics, a newsletter, comments or any user-submitted feature, update this policy for the actual vendors, jurisdictions and consent flow used by the deployed site.
